Just fine tuning and details.  Did head gaskets, front timing cover seal,
timing chain, rails, tensioner, power coated the valve covers and intake
manifolds, replaced one air mass sensor, just cleaned up everything, loom
ties, clips....you know, just detail stuff.  The stickers on the front
radiator support are for the W140 V12 as well as the vacuum diagram.

No actual numbers yet although I do plan to dyno it next door.  It's rated
at 418hp (without cat) and 428 lb/ft of torque.  We'll see what it does. 
Note that it DOES have the strong V12 transmission with dual brake band
feedback switches, starts in 1st gear and still has the 3.06 LSD rear end.
