[W126 Coupe] To Glue or Not To Glue

The sun roof rear gasket came loose after I had the car painted.  We did not glue it in.  We took the sun roof out for painting and glued the front gasket but not the rear.  Can the rear sunroof gasket be put back in without removing the sun roof?  Help
