[W126 Coupe] stand your ground

That was like a case here in the states.  A burgler
was on a home roof top trying to break in when the
roof opened up a hole and he fell through breaking his
leg.  He sued the homeowner and WON because he was the
jackass on the roof trying to rob the place.
