[W126 Coupe] Wiper Problems

Hey, guys I mentioned this problem a while ago.  I was final able to get my 
hands on a working muti-function relay out of a used 420sel for my 560sel. 
They are the same part #.   That was the suggestion by another member to 
replace that.

I'm still having the problem with the intermittant wipers not working. They 
will work on med, and the high setting.  But not the low intermittiant 
setting.  The wipers keep sticking.  I had already replace the mutil-funtion 
switch last year.    So, is my last resort to say that the whindshield wiper 
motor itself is the problem??   Or is there something else that Im missing 
or need to check?
