I am doing a friends 380SE 1985 this weekend. I am using the Bosch
distributor cap and rotor, Bosch OEM (available at the dealer, no
problem) W9DC plugs and a new set of Karlyn wires (I think they are
113G/8). Jonathan has the details. These are by far the best set of
wires I've ever seen or used. Bremi insulator plug connectors (set
to1K/Ohm) with Beru distributor plug ends and a nice wire set (double
silicone wall , that's silicone over silicone with 19 strands of timnned
copper core) all labeled for an easy install. This will be my 5th set
of Karlyn's in 3 or 4 years. They are good for at least 100k miles the
oldest set I have running right now are at 70k miles.
I'd ask Jonathan for the set-up and you should be in great shape. Might
ask for any wire manager clips as needed if any of yours are cracked. I
just received my set from Jonathan today and I did not ask but, he
included the Silicone Dielectric grease for the boots.

I'm ending my job in a month to get some car stuff fixed and I want to make sure I get everything out of the way (broken rear window, flex disks, coolant, spark plugs and wires, oil, and that should do her).
