[W126 Coupe] Spark plugs and wires

It seems every time this is asked, the answer changes. Who currently makes the best spark plugs and wires that will fit in a 1985 380SE? I'm ending my job in a month to get some car stuff fixed and I want to make sure I get everything out of the way (broken rear window, flex disks, coolant, spark plugs and wires, oil, and that should do her).
