Well I think your right, I had power washed the engine upper and lower. My
guess now is that water got in there. The valve covers were leaking bad,
replaced them. Probably oil got in the hole, along with the water which is
why I thought it was oil coming from that hole from the motor. But yes you
could see oil & water coming of the hole. Valve covers are dry now, and
head gaskets are bone dry. What's funny is my 560sel has the same hole and
there is some type of plug in the hole.
