[W126 Coupe] First Gear Start Kit

None of the officially imported North American '86-'91 S-class came with the
E/S switch and require a modified valvebody or a BergWerks 1st Gear Start
kit to engage first gear automatically.
BergWerks is no longer in business and their 1st Gear Start kit can only
rarely be found on ebay. Last time one was up for sale the winning bid was
in excess of $1,000.
