[W126 Coupe] What could this be???

After checking and or replacing your OVP Relay I'd go ahead and take a 
reading of the alternator output and the battery resting voltage as well 
to be sure the the alternator/regulator is happy.  With the low mileage 
it seems unlikely this would be a problem but, you never know.
