You shouldn't have to put clamps on your vacuum pipes. Have those little
rubber connectors rotted and perhaps you are having serious leaks there?

Problem: While driving and as approaching a stop (Like a traffic light) she
cuts out. Then after about 10 attempts it engages and doesn't stall.
Frequency: Occassionally but getting worst
Description: At first I thought I had resolved this problem when some of the
Vacuum pipe near Ralays were not in properly. I then put clamps on these and
ensured that they don't come off. This solved the problem for a while. Now
the Problem Persists.
