Dick, My '67 Mustang was rearended in 1985 and his Allstate offered me $500 max and irritated me to no end until they found out I had been to a Chiropractor. Their tune changed with that news and said to just call them when I was satisfied and have anybody fix my car. They payed for Chiro. bills and gave me $1500 for car repairs. Without documented medical visits you will run into low ball opinions about your cars value either from his Ins. or advise from his Know-it-all friends which he believes. Turn it in to his Ins. Company, if he is actually covered. If not then understand that he was contracted by local Gov. and they will answer for that oversight. I think you would find a pattern of irresponsible behaviour surrounding that quy. Had I not gone immediately for Chiro. adjustments I have no doubt I would have been in bad shape. Keep us up to date. It amazes me how much I care for you folks on this list and have never met anyone. Jim Alexander
