[W126 Coupe] Underside of MB hood clearcoat or not??

Glad to be of help. You contribute so much to the site.
I know that someone has material similar to insulation
used on the outside of homes, but pliable. It can be
cut to size and shape and will not disintegrate as our
dealer foam stuff will. Once I find it, I will pass along
the info. I don't need it yet.
