Vance, The relays in the fuse box, or under the passenger footwell? I thought that's where the factory alarm stuff was situated and that's what you had to disconnect. I wonder what they did when they put that aftermarket alarm in. Might be worth a look to see what's under the passenger mat area. I say that because of the "flasher" thing I thought I remember you describing happening. I guess if it was me, and I didn't know what else to do at this point, I'd pull one fuse each night and see what happened. If the drain was still there, I'd cross it off and keep going. Might take a while, for sure, but with no other possibilities, what have you got to lose (except your mind after a while?!!!). Hi Markus, Apparently the factory alarm was disconnected when the Meta Alarm/immobilizer was installed. I spoke with the dealer I purchased the car from who told this and the relays for the factory alarm that are normally in the fuse box are not there. But as I mentioned, this problem hasn't always been there, it just took a very long time to know there was a problem at all because I used to drive it every day. When doing this, you wouldn't even notice there was a problem. I am thinking along the lines of the battery backup for the seatbelt tensioner system and airbags now. Does that make any sense? Cheers, Vance.
