[W126 Coupe] STEERING GEAR BOX

Has anyone a good source for steering gear boxes?
Is there a disadvantage to getting a rebuilt vs. remanufactured vs. New 
(YIPES)?
How much expertise is needed to swap it out, and does the front end 
alignment have to be done afterwards?
