[W126 Coupe] New Topic: battery

To my knowledge the Interstates are MB battery's and vice versa..  I stopped
by their plant in NY and chatted w/ the fellow, they made/had MB batteries
there..asked why he couldn't just sell me one w/ the white case seeing as he
had them..apparently that was strictly forbidden in their contract..Oh well!

As an aside, I've got 5+ years on the MB battery in my white coupe, and I've
gotten as much as 8 years from a standard lead acid..the big thing is Do not
let them run down all the way, they don't like it.
