Hi

Yes Dan, (in the thrilling days yesteryear as a Volvo line technician) while testing a fully charged battery in the car, we would load test it at approx. 3 times the starter draw/180 amps for a count of 15 seconds,then test the battery voltage. If the battery voltage was above 10 volts, the battery was deemed OK. If not ....... New Battery time.
