Hi vance:
Wouldn't the hazards just be the 4 corner markers? And the
alarm/immobilizer would be these same (4) markers plus the headlights
and the horn??? Hence, I'd 'hazard' your emergency flasher circuit is
having kiniptions. I disconnect the alarm circuit first anyway as the
anti-tow sensor (located behind the metal trunk wall to the driver's
side of the gas tank) is known to cause fits.

Having the meter connected without doing anything, the hazard warning lights came on (and off) while the six amps draw was taking place for the time mentioned. Leaving the connection as is, the current draw of 6amps takes place at random. As the draw takes place, the hazard warning lights (i.e..all 4 indicators) are working. but only for the same time as the actual current draw. Then the current draw from the battery goes to a standard specified figure of around between 85ma and 90ma. Of course at the same time the hazard warning lights stop. Then leaving all connections as is, the same 6amps peak (along with the hazards flashing) takes place at random (anything between a few minutes to a case of hours in between).
