[W126 Coupe] headlight stalk

   All the functions of the light-washer stalk work, except the flashing of the light when the stak is pulled,

which went intermittant intermittant before dying completely.



Looked at the switch and it appears to be hard wired. How is it changed, how difficult is it,

and is the problem due to dirty contacts inside the switch and, if so, can they just be cleaned.



I don't think it's separately fused, although when it works the highbeam indicator on the dash lighs.
