[W126 Coupe] SLK staggered rims on my 1987 SEC

Long time lurker with about 30,000 messages (that are a great source of information), now in my mbcoupes folder. Didn't see anything on these rims however.
 
I picked up a set of 16" SLK rims and would like some comments on fitment. They are a staggered set 16x7 ET 37 up front, and 16x8 ET 30 in the rear.
 
Comments from an old thread on another forum for this rim on an SEC suggested "I would recommend the 225/55/16 front and 245/50/16 rear with the 15mm spacer up front and 10 mm spacer in the rear."
 
I am not sure on this, but I think the rear centering hub sticks out too far to use only a 10 mm spacer on the rear?? 
 
I could look for another set and go with the ET 30 all round without spacers  (I think they will fit OK) but that could take a long time to find.
 
Comments on the spacer sizing?
