[W126 Coupe] Ticking in motor in cold weather when car is sitting a few days in 560 SEC

Hi All,

I noticed the other day it was in the 30's here and I didn't use the 89 560 
SEC for a few days. When I started it up it was making a ticking in the motor, 
until I was able to get it to a good rev and a good speed and it went away.
I have 170,000 on the motor and the timing chain & tensioner was changed at 
160,000. The guides looked good then so they were left.
I am using synthetic 10w30 now. 
Any advice?
