Don't rotate them, you want them to have worn in their specific way.
Also, don't bother with the alignment yet. If the alignment is off,
it'll cause a pull, not a wobble. A tire that's not properly balanced
will not necessarily show the signs under all circumstances. I had a
pair of Bridgestone's that would keep getting out of balance, but you
had to do very specific things (at very specific speeds) to get them to
show it.

To Jack, If it's not ballance, as Richard mentions, it sounds to
me like
you seperated a belt in your front tire when you hit the
manhole.. This
happeened to me recently with a big pot hole and I thought the
front end
was going to fall out of the car. Just put on your spare and
that will
give the answer to both opinions; balance, (if the spare is
balanced)
and if a belt is seperated. If the condition stops, next stop is
your
tire shop for balance or replacement. That's the cheapest way to
find
out , just some sweat equity. Hope it's balance and not a new
tire. Good
luck.
That doesn't make any sense.
If the tire was bad or the rim was bent it would wobble all the time.
The front end is great on a smooth straight road up to 65mph. Then it
starts to rumble.
If i am doing 40, 50, 60 and the road banks right it rumbles and shakes.
If the road banks left there is nothing.
That can't be the tire. If the rim was bent it would vibrate at most
speeds. This is a loud rumble.
I will try a balance and an allignment and a tire rotation as the car
came with 16 inch rims with a 15 inch spare.
Thanks
Jack
