To Jack, If it's not ballance, as Richard mentions, it sounds to me like
you seperated a belt in your front tire when you hit the manhole.. This
happeened to me recently with a big pot hole and I thought the front end
was going to fall out of the car. Just put on your spare and that will
give the answer to both opinions; balance, (if the spare is balanced)
and if a belt is seperated. If the condition stops, next stop is your
tire shop for balance or replacement. That's the cheapest way to find
out , just some sweat equity. Hope it's balance and not a new tire. Good
luck.
