  Not much is available "bolt on" except maybe a K&N Air Filter... BUT... 
  Extra H/P is available via oversize pistons of Euro version (which is higher compression) and porting of the heads - so you'll need to rebuild the engine to get the added performance. 
  The basic price for the stock remanufactured engine (aka: "longblock") for your 560SEC is U.S. $6,800.00 wholesale,-- retail is U.S. $7,650.00 - supplied per our website www.mercedesengines.net with all those new internals as listed. 
  For the high compression Euro pistons add $600.00 this ups the H/P 15% to 272hp 
  Basic porting of the cylinder heads is another $800.00 /// or you can have the heads and manifolds "extrude honed" TM for $1,600.00 = this adds approx. another 10% improved performance // and you could have the headers extrude honed for $700.00
