Why do you think you need new "shocks"? As Mike says, the things that look
like shocks are not in the Mercedes system. Even the Mercedes manual states
that seepage from the rams is normal. I personally wouldn't consider
replacing them unless they are dripping on the floor of the garage.
Remember that in a real shock you have only a few CCs of fluid placed in
there by the factory - once leaked out it's gone. With your rams you have
all the fluid in the hydraulic reservoir to replenish any seepage.
