I tried to get a quote from DHL for pickup of wheels I bought in Germany.
I thought they would be fairly well set-up in Germany, their owner being
Deutsche Post and all.
They were useless. Sort of: "What? You want us to pick up something in
Germany and ship it to the US? Where are you? Where do we pick it up? You
have to call our local office in Germany! What is their phone number? I
don't know, you'll have to find out yourself."
Ahhhhh, German customer service - Reminds me why I don't live there anymore.

>On the trading of the wheels deal I have used DHL 5-6 times selling M/B

>the whole thing and thats it. I never shipped overseas but in U.S. I would
>use a ground ticket and they would ship air anyway probably because it's
>easier for them and buyer would tell me they got them 2 days after shipping
