On the trading of the wheels deal I have used DHL 5-6 times selling M/B wheels w/tires on Ebay. All you have to do is cut a pieces of cardboard the diameter of wheels and tape it to wheels front and back,then shrink wrap the whole thing and thats it. I never shipped overseas but in U.S. I would use a ground ticket and they would ship air anyway probably because it's easier for them and buyer would tell me they got them 2 days after shipping and I would be paying ground price, which is cheaper then ups and any others out that would ship that size and weight. You can check price to South Africa w/zip codes and weight online DHL site.
