[W126 Coupe] weird transmission problem .....Help !

  Hi Guys,
    I am having a weird problem with my transmission ...I think.
  When i move the gear knob from ' park ' into any gear, i can feel the transmission moving also ( similar to the feeling you get when the car has a ' high idle ' problem , but not as hard.). Has anyone experienced this issue before ? please help
