Hi Marcus,

I really can't say for sure.
I would guess you'd have to at least replace:
1. Slide/lift mechanisms
2. Transom
3. Plastic slide guides
4. Maybe the mechanism to roof brackets.

Which should cost about $400 from MB.  I just replaced most of this stuff.

Since the lift/lower phase of the roof, involved pushing the roof button up
and down you'd probably have to replace that too.

The lift phase pushes the transom further forward, beyond the close point so
you may need a longer cable.  cha-ching..
And since those phases are controlled by cammed micro-switches in the
motor/drive assy, you'd probably need that too.. cha-ching, cha-ching..
