I just sent you 17 photos some redundant and some a bit of a blur as I was
holding the camera in one hand while working drills or whatever with the
other.  In any event you drill out the old rivet as you can see in one of
the shots where I have the arm held in place on a portable tool bench with a
couple of vise grips while running a cordless drill.
