Tom:

You need a MightyVac to test where the airbag is in the passenger glove box location.  Provide a street address so I can loan you mine.  I'll ship it tomorrow.

Then it's just a matter of removing the passenger side console carpet to access the vacuum manifold switch associated with the ACC.

I'll give you the color codes for the 90 vac lines tomorrow so you'll know which ones to pull and test.
