[W126 Coupe] Off Topic....need a little help

Rochester, Minnesota??  Is that the place just east of Sleepy Eye, MN?  Do 
people live there all year 'round?

They have ATV's there?  They park 'em in their Igloos?  What do they need 
snow blowers for, cleaning paths to the outhouse?

More to the point, WHY would you buy an ATV from there??
