Maybe there is no viable solution with the M104 engine.

 

When I dropped my car off at Motorwerks back in May, Satish was putting an
M119 in a CE. That would make it a fairly potent weapon.

Eddie is absolutely right. They are generally underpowered. They are weak
off the line, although the '93-'94 are better with the torquier 3.2 liter LH
(air mass metering w/hot wire), but they do wind up pretty sweetly.
Unfortunately, there seems to be no viable solutions for increasing the
power of the M104.
