[W126 Coupe] High Idle with ASR light on

I paid around $65 for a new OVP from BuyMBParts (Jonathan) about a year ago. 
Cured the intermittant high idle. Now if I could only figure out the reason 
for hard starting after sitting a few hours (cranks for as much as ten seconds 
before starting) but not after shorter periods or after sitting overnight. I've 
replaced the fuel pump check relief valves, accumulator and injector seals.
