[W126 Coupe] tornado air twister

Rich Jaffe mentioned using the tornado air twister. Can that thing
actually work? If you ask me the answer is no, because if it did the
companies would definitely put them in themselves, and even still I seem
to remember something about turbulent air being less combustible (though
I could be out in left field on that one). He mentioned the K&N which I
think it's been agreed on here that it's pointless, though from what I'm
told it actually does something if you make the exhaust less restrictive
as he did. So, tornado air twister: can it possibly do anything?
