[W126 Coupe] The other car

Other than keep a roll of duct tape in the trunk for when the radiator neck breaks (and I'm told that the aftermarket metal neck ones just don't break at the neck, but instead break somewhere else after the same amount of time), there's no foul to be said of the car. Well...if it has more than 100k miles and the owner thought that lifetime tranny and diff fluid really is lifetime, you might want to look elsewhere.

Eric,

If you were going to get a BMW, that's probably a good
year to get a 740iL. However, you'd probably be just
as happy or happier with a 210 E430 or E55. The price
is really coming down lately so they are very
affordable to own and operate. By the way, you'd
probably already guessed but......., the E55 is more
fun to drive than the E430.

Yes, I have thought of leaving her but, I'm hopelessly
in love with herand my SEC.
Question is, does anyone on the list have any
derogatories about the(circa) 2001 BMW 740LI ?
