EHA = Electro-Hydraulic Actuator. It is an additional way to control the 
fuel mixture. They mount to the side of the fuel distributor with two 
machine screws and two little O-rings which can go bad, but the EHA also 
often leaks where the metal and Bakelite parts join. Call Jonathan, 
Rusty, etc.
