That's an easy one, first off, it's a fairly rare model with low production numbers, which brings us to the second point, it's a drivable collectible which IF KEPT IN PRIME CONDITION WILL APPRECIATE IN VALUE. That makes it a solid investment, as the value increases each year, it may actually increase more on a percentage basis than some investments you could make. So now it becomes a family heirloom.... Well, maybe you could try running that past her anyway...
