FW: [W126 Coupe] functional spoiler?

Somehow this one made it's way direct to me instead of mbcoupes. The number at the bottom is an ebay auction number for a product that claims to boost 500sec hp by 22 at the rear wheels. So, what do you all think? I'm very skeptical.
