Richard:

You will find a ground post with a number of brown wires attached the
driver's fender well under the ignition coil on the 380.  Anywhere on the
chassis is fine but, that is a known working ground.  There is another
ground (more difficult to access) to the side of the radiator next to the
emissions can which is attached to the radiator frame.

Just make sure the alligator clip is in contact with the metal tower clip
inside the rubber boot and the jumper wire is away from moving parts (belts,
pulleys).
