[W126 Coupe] engine will not rev past 5,000 rpm

Jim,
Try another ignition coil. I had this problem when I first got my 119
engine in my car 4 years ago. The car wouldn't rev pass 4500-5000rpm
neither. I swapped one of the ignition coils with a new one and it fixed
the problem. Interestingly, on mine, under full throttle, full load, it
would top out at 5000 rpm. Under gentle, linear acceleration to 6250 rpm,
it wasn't a problem.
