Well, not easily...

All the AMG suspension parts are marked AMG and have AMG part #. Of course, 
you have to get underneath the car to get close enough to have a look.
The engine parts have AMG and part numbers stamped on them too. Of course, 
you have to take off the cam covers to access those parts.

Even with all those parts verified as genuine AMG, the car may not have seen 
the inside of the AMG work shop as it could have been put together with 
aftermarket parts.
