[W126 Coupe] Rough Running Start

When I start my 90 560SEC (52,000 miles) it runs rough for about 20-30
seconds and then runs fine.  If I turn the key on and let the fuel pump
work for 30-40 seconds I don't have the problem with the rough starting.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is?  Another piece of information,
when I bought the car (40K miles) it had a blown head gasket that was
repaired.
