Hi Jorden:

The link to clock repair instructions is broken.
So, from memory and in abbreviated form you need to do the following.
1. Remove Instrument Cluster (IC).
2. Remove the clock assembly from the one side of the IC.
3. Remove the 3 screws that attach the back PC board to the front clock face
4. De-solder the ground pin from the back PC board (this is next to the +12V
spade lug)
5. Move the boards (front and back) apart enough to access the capacitors
6. Locate and de-solder the two electrolytic capacitors (they look like
cans)
7. Go to your local electronics shop or Radio Shack and purchase two of the
same spec. taking the old ones with you
8. Solder in the new capacitors
9. Re-assemble

In 2004 these capacitors were $1.29 at Radio Shack.
