[W126 Coupe] Catalytic Converter questions

Mine is gone and the precat is cleaned out, no resonators either. twin pipes all the way back to a stock mb muffler. sounds good.

PS  When car gets out of hibernation, I will be installing 2 small cats, or 1 twin pipe cat, don't know what ones yet. There are several free flow universal fits on the market. I have heard something about a Chrysler cat that works very good, but don't have any details.

   well  if you remove the cats the cars" zoom factor "will be noticeable  
  because there is less restriction in the exhaust stream there will be a chance for the engine to breath better 
   there probably will be a difference in the smell of the exhaust  especially on heavy acceleration  but this will only be a problem for the BMW drivers behind you 
   oh yeah you have to get a state inspection mechanic  to pass your car if your state has this  because its is illegal to do this to your car 
   oh what the hell do it .......
