Jonathan, you need to move across the bridge to MD. MD doesn't accept
points from other states, so while I'd still get the $350 and the
weekend in jail (actually I think it's a 3 day weekend usually) I would
get to keep my license.

Try that in VA and you'll get a 350$ fine, threatened that you'll be
thrown in jail for a w/e and lose your license for 6 months.
