[W126 Coupe] correction on advice I gave about VA radar

My last ticket in Florida was something like 117 mph
in a 65 mph zone.  The state trooper just asked that I
keep the horses down a little.  Going fast is not
necessarily wreckless unless you are flying by cars
that are going much slower and even then it's a
judgement call.  In Florida, on the interstate and not
in a construction zone, they don't even look at you
unless you are doing 15 over.
