[W126 Coupe] Leaking rear window

According to that body shop owner. He always hired a glass guy to take out that shield.
To avoid breaking that window, he let the guy cut out the rubber seal first.
A window is to expensive and a new seal cost $99.
The glass shop cost for taken out and putting it back in place is $85.
All the other cost is for body work, including some welding and painting and sales tax.
And I must say he did a good job.

Can you break down that cost (basically I'm wondering if that includes
the cost of a new rear windshield and how much it would cost without
that).
Thanks,
Richard

I have attached 4 pictures of the rear window area.
You can see that I had a real problem. On the lower driver side part is
a
rusted hole and this hole extended into the trunk.
I took the car to a body shop, who is finishing it to day. Cost $970.
I am looking for a behind the rear seat shelve (speaker) with the same
light
beige color to replace mine. As you can see this one looks bad.
And I only want to re-upholster when I can find the same color and
material.
I am also in need of a left standard (driver side) yellow signal plastic
cover.
I appreciate your help
