[W126 Coupe] Leaking rear window

Can you break down that cost (basically I'm wondering if that includes
the cost of a new rear windshield and how much it would cost without
that).

I have attached 4 pictures of the rear window area.
You can see that I had a real problem. On the lower driver side part is
a
rusted hole and this hole extended into the trunk.
I took the car to a body shop, who is finishing it to day. Cost $970.

I am looking for a behind the rear seat shelve (speaker) with the same
light
beige color to replace mine. As you can see this one looks bad.
And I only want to re-upholster when I can find the same color and
material.
I am also in need of a left standard (driver side) yellow signal plastic
cover.
