Slawek;
Two possibilities come to mind:
1. If the car is particularly hard to start first thing in the morning when the engine is completely cold, the cold start sensor or cold start injector may not be working. When cold, an extra shot of fuel is injected into the intake manifold through a "nineth" injector located on the top of your manifold. It should only function when the engine is completely cold. Check whether these components are functioning.
2. If the car seems to start better (but not great) first thing in the morning, but is worse after cooling down for 20 minutes, then its possible that the injector seals are leaking. There are also two check valves one at the injector pump and the other at the fuel pump, that could be leaking pressure back. The cold start injector would not operate after just 20 minutes because the engine would still be warm.
Just a couple of guesses maybe worth looking at.

>Hi All,
>I have a problem with the engine when the engine is cold (after night) or when is warm and left about 20 minutes I can't start engine at first time. I'm turning key on and I'm waiting about 5 sec. before I'm starting the engine. Sometimes it start sometimes not. But when is cold is not working evenly.
>I think the problem is with fuel pomp because it should pump some fuel to the engine to fashion pressure. Sparks are new NGK.
