Yeah, but there is less O2 to burn it. Think of it in
terms of altitude. Why don't cars run as good up here
as they do at sea level? No oxygen to burn the fuel.
You can put as much fuel in there as you want, if you
don't have the proper amount of oxygen to burn it you
are just wasting fuel. Or the other way around, not
enough fuel for a big enough bang for more power.
